This programme is based on contemporary ideas and approaches in Relational Supervision. Key texts are:-
- The Art of Relational Supervision edited by Helena Hargaden

We will draw on relational concepts of mutuality, reciprocity, the bi directionality of the relational unconscious, theories of ‘the third’, and engagement with plurality of meaning. The course is structured to translate these ideas into the practice of relational supervision.
