I am a fully qualified counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy with experience in working with a diverse range of clients, facing challenging life issues for example, anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, bereavement
I work collaboratively with you to agree how your sessions are structured, how frequently we meet and to ensure we have an agreed outcome to work towards.In my experience counselling is most effective when people feel safe enough to learn about themselves, to identify beliefs or responses that aren’t helpful anymore and start to explore new ways of thinking.
