Anna Pitsillides - Trainee Humanistic Counsellor

Do you find yourself at a time in your life where everything feels overwhelming and it’s hard to know which path to take? The counselling I offer aims to walk alongside you on your journey as a client.

I am trained and qualified with a diploma in Humanistic counselling. This means I aim to see your world through your eyes and create a safe, non-judgemental space in which you can explore your thoughts and feelings. This may enable you to understand yourself better by building awareness of the way you relate to yourself and others in the world. In this way, the possibility for change and choice can become more apparent.

I will work with you at your pace and encourage you to bring to sessions what you feel you need to explore.

I have experience working with people suffering with a range of challenges, some of which include; bereavement, anxiety, depression, loss, relationship issues and low self-esteem.

I am continuing studies at Chichester University to attain a BA in humanistic counselling and am currently a student member of the BACP.
