Viviana Doctorovich -
UKCP Counsellor & Psychotherapist
How I Work
Life can often feel overwhelming, particularly when you are managing a busy mind, navigating burnout, or experiencing major life transitions. I believe you deserve a safe, thoughtful, and non-judgmental space where you can let your guard down, drop the pressure to conform, and be truly understood.
As a UKCP-accredited person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist, my practice is built on a simple foundation: your story deserves to be heard on your own terms. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions or directive advice. Instead, I offer a collaborative, respectful environment where we can explore what matters to you at a pace that feels comfortable and authentic.
Who I Work With
I work with individual adults in Brighton & Hove and online. Many of the clients who find their way to my practice work within creative or tech industries, or identify as neurodivergent. I specialise in providing an adaptable, neurodiversity-affirming space that respects the unique way your mind processes the world.
I support clients facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including:
Anxiety, overwhelm, and intrusive thoughts
Burnout, perfectionism, and workplace stress
Neurodivergent experiences & identity
Childhood trauma & long-standing relational patterns
Depression, low mood, & loss of direction
Oncology, illness support, & chronic conditions
Qualifications
MSc in Person-Centred Psychotherapy – Metanoia Institute
Integrating Mindfulness and Compassion (CPCAB)

Taking the First Step
Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before you write to me. Our journey begins with a free, 15-minute video consultation. This gives us a chance to meet, discuss what you’re hoping to explore, and see if we feel like a good fit to work together.
