Lunchtime Yoga Nidra Group

Join Our Weekly Yoga Nidra Group

Embark on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation with us every week. The Yoga Nidra sessions are designed to guide you into deep meditation, where the hustle and bustle of everyday life melt away, leaving space for peace and healing.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, is a meditation practice that encourages a state of conscious relaxation. It's an opportunity to explore the layers of your being, allowing for a deep sense of calm, improved sleep, and a renewed sense of well-being.

What to Expect

Each session is a journey through the self, guided by gentle instructions. You'll be invited to lie down, get comfortable, and listen as you're guided through relaxation and visualisation. There's no right or wrong way to experience Yoga Nidra; it's about allowing yourself the space to just 'be'.

Spaces are limited to eight participants. Please reserve your place in advance.

I Look Forward to Welcoming You

Whether you're looking to improve your sleep, reduce stress, or find a moment of peace, the Yoga Nidra group is here to welcome you.
