Connection is a fundamental part of human existence and gives meaning to life. In my experience, Counselling provides an opportunity to gain understanding and insight that deepens our connection to self and others. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences. As a Humanistic Counsellor, I believe it is your own unique resources that will ultimately lead you to healing and growth.

I am currently completing my studies in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and provide Bereavement Counselling at a local hospice. Previous to my Counselling training, I have worked for over 15 years in Care & Education sectors supporting those with diverse needs.
