Francis Mote - Trainee Humanistic Counsellor

I am a trainee counsellor providing low-cost counselling at New Road Psychotherapy. I am in the final year of a postgraduate diploma in Humanistic Counselling & Psychotherapy at Brighton University. I practice within the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

My aim is to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship in a safe and supportive space, using a Person-centred, non-directive approach. This means you are invited to bring whatever you may be facing, at a pace that feels right for you.
