Jude Arthur - Trainee Integrative Counsellor

I’m Jude, a BACP-registered trainee integrative counsellor. My work is grounded in a person-centred approach, which means your lived experience, your pace and our collaborative relationship shape the direction of our sessions. I draw from a range of therapeutic models so that the support you receive feels responsive to your individual needs.

I aim to offer a space where you can explore what’s happening in your life with honesty and without judgement — a space where you feel supported as you move towards greater understanding and self-trust. You are the expert in your own life, and I believe that you have the capacity to create ripples and meaningful change.

My practice is neurodivergent-affirming. I have worked with children, young people, and families exploring their neurodivergence — whether self-identified, questioning, diagnosed or undiagnosed. With 26 years of experience in this field, I recognise that for many, it is an opportunity to understand how their brain works, to make sense of their experiences, to navigate challenges, and to embrace their strengths.

The relationship we build together is central to the therapeutic process. My approach is warm, empathic, and compassionate. Having come to this work through my own experience as a client, I understand the importance of a safe and trusting therapeutic connection. My hope is that our work together opens new ways of relating to yourself and the world — creating space for acceptance, shifts, and meaningful personal growth.
