Juliana Generali - Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor & Clinical Manager

Choosing to start therapy can feel like a big step; sometimes daunting, sometimes exciting. Whatever has brought you here, your motive and feelings are completely valid.

Life moves in many directions. We all go through moments when things feel overwhelming, unclear, or just too heavy to carry alone. Reaching out for support can be an important part of finding your way through. There’s no “right” or “wrong” reason to come to therapy. If something matters to you, then it matters in our work together.

At the heart of my approach is a deep belief in the healing power of human connection. I see the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change. When we feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted, it creates the safety we need to explore, heal, and grow.

I aim to build a relationship based on mutual respect, trust, and authenticity. You won’t be met with judgment or quick fixes; but with compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to walk alongside you through whatever you are facing.

My practice is integrative, meaning I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and tools to best support your unique needs. No two people are the same, so our work will be tailored to you; whether we are exploring emotions, relationships, thought patterns, coping strategies, trauma, grief, or how your experiences are held in the body.

Alongside my private practice, I also work within NHS Adult Mental Health Services, supporting people with a wide range of mental health challenges, including complex mental health presentations. This experience has deepened my understanding and ability to provide compassionate, tailored care for individuals navigating multiple or layered difficulties.

My own background and lived experiences are a meaningful part of my work. They allow me to connect with people from all walks of life, cultures, and identities, with openness, empathy, and respect.
