We offer a low cost service at only £25 a session. Low Cost Counsellors and Psychotherapists are either students in training and gaining client hours for completion or have graduated and are engaged in further training.

Our Service

Low-Cost Counselling is given by trainee or newly qualified counsellors building up their hours for accreditation

• You will be required to have an initial consultation sessions with one of our senior counsellors. The cost of this session is £40 online or £50 face to face.

• Unlike many other low cost counselling services you can be offered open ended sessions, although many of the clients accessing this service may want it for less time. Please note that sessions in the Low Cost service have to be scheduled weekly, we do not offer bi-weekly or monthly sessions.

•  All of our associate counsellors are currently studying to become counsellors or psychotherapists or working towards professional accreditation with either the BACP or UKCP and are regularly supervised by a senior counsellor with a supervision qualification.
