Roy Raubenheimer – Humanistic Counsellor

My name is Roy, and I am a Humanistic Counsellor, trained at the Metanoia Institute in London (BSc Hons).

In these divisive times, I strive to build deep, genuine, and supportive therapeutic relationships, welcoming clients from all backgrounds. I believe that meaningful change can happen through the awareness developed in an authentic, safe, and non-judgemental relationship.

I draw on Person-Centred, Gestalt, and Transactional Analysis, alongside my own life experiences and self-exploration, to facilitate a collaborative and creative process tailored to your individual needs and goals.
